Session 1: The PME Application Process & TER Proposal Ideation
This session provides an overview of the PME application process, including the required documents and submission procedures. Learners will also be guided on how to select and formulate potential Technical Engineering Report (TER) topics, with an emphasis on aligning them with PRC requirements. By the end of the session, learners will submit three proposed TER titles for review.

Session 2: Proposed TER Review & Document Preparation
The session focuses on reviewing the learners’ proposed TER topics, providing feedback, and refining their scope. Additionally, learners will give status updates on their PME application documents, identifying challenges and discussing necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.

Session 3: Finalizing the TER Proposal
Learners will refine and finalize two TER proposals based on the feedback received. The session also includes continued tracking of PME application documents and guidance on structuring a well-organized TER proposal.
